My Greek Summer

#Greece #Summer #Sea #Beach #Sunset #OliveTrees

Imagine waking up every single morning during the summer to a warm sea breeze in Greece. You can hear the birds singing and feel the gentle sea wind hitting your face. You get up and start getting ready… As you walk to the kitchen you can feel the nice morning summer hungriness. You have a light breakfast and start heading to the sea. While you are walking you can smell all the olives trees around you and the sun heating up your body. When you get closer and closer to the sea you feel the sea breeze, even more, the wind starts blowing again and you can feel the warmth of the sand on your feet. You touch the water with your legs and the wet sand. You fully enter in the sea and feel this sudden relief. The water relaxes and cools you down. You stay in the sea for a while just swimming/diving or just floating around. When you get out and dry a bit you feel the sticky texture from the seawater on your skin, your hair is salty, you can feel the wind all over your body and you have sand all over your feet. Once you get back home you go into the pool for a short and refreshing swim and after that, you lay down on the sunbed and feel the sun rays hitting your body…. Once you go back inside you take this nice refreshing shower. You wash all the salt and sunscreen away and go and take a nap… You wake up with the afternoon sun and wind hitting your face. You get up and start getting ready for dinner. You put on your favorite summer outfit and get in the car. While you are in the car getting to the restaurant the windows are opened and you can smell all the nature around you…. You are sitting at the restaurant on its terrace where you can feel the breeze. You look at the sunset from your table while eating the most delicious fish you have ever eaten. You get this summer overeating feeling as you are eating your dessert. Once you are done eating you go home, get ready for bed, and do everything all over again the next day.
